Congrats to Ryder Hesjedal who won the Giro d’Italia on the final time trial in Milan yesterday to become the first ever Canadian to win a cycling Grand Tour.
He started the final stage a mere 31 seconds behind overnight leader Joaquim Rodríguez and ended the stage to claim the title by an amazing 16 seconds. Amazing scenes to watch. One of the best tours of Italy I’ve watched in a long time.
